This work approaches purity as a state of authenticity of being. The figure of Mary transcends her religious dimension to become a symbol of creation itself. Through its pictorial language, the work invites us to contemplate that which remains untouched within human experience. The breast becomes a source of our earliest nourishment, connecting the beginning of human life to the vastness of the Milky Way — an enduring bond in which we receive life from the mother, while she seeks a balance of beauty and care to pass on to her children.

The act is distilled into a celestial presence, symbolic nakedness and lilies of life.
