The body emerges as a territory of belonging within time, traversed by matter and void.

The presence of gold marks a symbolic threshold between the visible and the absent, between the human and the divine.

The fragmented gesture evokes a figure caught in the act of looking back, unable to inhabit a present shaped by action. The hands, lost and without resolve, embody the distance between desire and fulfilment — between dreams and aspirations, and the will to bring them into being.
